Planning a great trip involves knowledge, enthusiasm, personal experience, and a lot of attention to detail.
Here's how we work. Issues for new clients are in bold.

  • Legal names as they appear on your passports
  • Main phone contact -we provide this to airlines and hotels - and an email address
  • Expiration date of passports on International trips.

  • Conversation about your travel plans, questions and answers to help direct you to the best options.
  • Either at that point, or in the next phone call the following:
    a. Outline of the options as we see them
    b. Approximate service fees for planning the trip.
  • Once a decision is reached on doing the trip and the service level (and fees) required - we begin confirming the trip.

  • New clients need to complete one of our three profiles, depending on the service level they want for this trip.

  • At this point you will be receiving our Bond Street Travel Planner Folio
  • You will also be alerted to Visas, vaccinations and other important facts you need to know.
  • At this point we will also discuss trip cancellation insurance to see if you want this protection or not
  • Finally we present your itinerary to you to finalize the outline and purchase / confirm all details as required.
